Our standard

We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, so that people using a keyboard, a screen reader or a magnifier can read it and reach us.

What the site does

• Every photo has a text description.
• You can use every link, tab and button from the keyboard, and the focus outline is visible.
• A skip link at the top jumps past the menu to the page content.
• The menu opens and closes from the keyboard, and the Escape key closes it. The before and after tabs move with the arrow keys.
• Our phone number, hours and service area are written out as text.
• Form fields have visible labels, and the text size does not make a phone zoom in.
• Motion is limited to a short line drawing under headings. It stops if your device is set to reduce motion.
